Legal protection of whistleblowers – selected aspects

From the perspective of need to ensure safety society by ensuring individual, it is important introduce legal regulations that will guarantee protection individuals reporting instances law violation, so-called whistleblowers. Under current legislation, their only relevant labor court and, in some cases, criminal procedure code. The European Union's goal enforce, through its Directive, introduction appropriate at national level, contribute an adequate level security for whistleblowers, both internal company channels and public authorities or event disclosure.
